A quick, easy and tasty dish the whole family will love.

Ingredients

2 large tins tuna, drained
1 packet light cream cheese
1 tin cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen corn
1 packet frozen spinach, defrosted
pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in an oven-proof casserole dish.

Stir well.

Cover and bake in a moderate oven for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
