Ingredients

Kebabs
1/2 kg premium mince, low fat
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic
2 teaspoons fresh ground green chillies
2 teaspoons cumin and coriander powder
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon of red colour (optional)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
3 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander.

Mint Sauce
Fresh low fat yogurt
Fresh mint, finely chopped.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Combine all ingredients together.

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Make small balls with greased palms and flatten slightly. Lay out on a tray brushed lightly with olive oil and bake in a moderate oven (180° C) for ten minutes. Turn over and cook for a further ten minutes.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped coriander
