Ingredients

Six potatoes
Two eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup oil for frying

Preparation

Peel and grate potatoes. Mix all ingredients together except oil.

Pour oil into frying pan and heat. Drop potato mixture by tablespoon onto frying pan.

Fry latkes until golden brown and then turn and cook other side.


Note:
Perfect with apple sauce or sugar and cinnamon.
