Spicy salmon and spinach recipe

Salmon slices sprinkled with garlic pepper and wrapped in spinach leaves, served on curried rice.

Ingredients

salmon pieces
spinach leaves
garlic pepper
rice
curry powder (optional)

Adjust number of salmon pieces and spinach leaves as needed.

Preparation

Boil spinach leaves (do not cut or slice). Once cooked, drain and spread spinach leaves.

Sprinkle garlic pepper on salmon.

Place salmon piece on spinach leaf and wrap.

Place on tray and bake in oven at 150°C for 15 - 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked.

Boil rice (while salmon is cooking) and add curry powder to rice for colour and flavour if desired. Drain rice when cooked.

Serve salmon spinach patty on rice.
