Ingredients
2 fresh avocados, cubed1 red onion, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tomato, cubed
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1-2 cloves garlic
1 loaf sourdough
Preparation
Combine avocado, onion, oil, lemon juice, tomato and cheese in a bowl.Toast slices of sourdough. Rub garlic clove onto toast and pile with 1-2 tablespoons of avocado mixture. Transfer to a grill tray. Grill until cheese melts.
