Salami pasta recipe

This is just the thing to warm you up on a cold night!

Ingredients

1 packet of pasta
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small red chill, diced
1 chunk hot hungarian salami, diced
1 handful parsley, chopped
1 handful spring onion, chopped
½ cup coleslaw-dressing or mayonnaise
½ cup cheese, grated

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.

Meanwhile, dice the garlic, chilli, salami, parsley and spring onion.

Once the pasta is cooked, strain it and add half the garlic, chilli, salami, parsley, spring onion.

Once combined, add grated cheese and mayonnaise and remaining ingredients and stir well.
