Mushrooms in parsley and white wine recipe

Ingredients

Olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely diced
500g mushrooms – use small button mushrooms or champignons
1 cup white wine
1 small bunch parsley
Chilli and salt to taste

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and fry the garlic until soft.

Add the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Add the white wine, chilli and salt and simmer for about ten more minutes.

Garnish with the chopped parsley and serve with crusty bread.
