Ingredients
1 large pizza base2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 red onions, cut into wedges
4 small chicken breast fillets, sliced
1 ½ cups satay sauce
2/3 cups sour cream
½ cup roasted peanuts, chopped
fresh coriander to garnish
Preparation
Preheat oven to 220°C.Fry onions for 1 minute, add chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat. Stir in satay sauce. Spoon mixture over base and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
Top with sour cream, peanuts and coriander.
