Char grilled vegetable and tuna pasta recipe

Ingredients

500g penne pasta
1 x 425g can tuna
4 shallots, chopped
1 x 500g jar pasta sauce
300g mixed char grilled vegetables
1 cup basil leaves, chopped
1 cup grated tasty cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius and grease a 22 x 28cm baking dish. Cook pasta in salted, boiling water until just tender. Drain and rinse under running water and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, except cheese, and toss to combine. Season to taste. Spoon into prepared dish and sprinkle over the cheese. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until cheese on top has melted and is evenly browned.
