Ingredients

350g chicken thigh fillets
1 ½ tablespoons tandoori paste
1 ½ tablespoons natural yogurt
12 mini pappadums
140g natural yoghurt
coriander

Preparation

Place 350g cubed chicken thigh fillets in a bowl.

Top with 1 ½ tablespoons tandoori paste and 1 ½ tablespoons natural yogurt and toss well to coat.

Heat an oiled chargrill or large non-stick frying pan on medium and cook chicken for 5 minutes, until cooked through and lightly blackened.

Hot Tips

Pasta shapes

Thin, delicate pasta shapes are lovely combined with thinner, delicate sauces. Tubular or irregular shaped pastas are best with chunky sauces (so the sauce can get caught inside the shapes). Small pasta shapes, such as risoni, are great in soups.

Glossary

Garlic

Used liberally in many dishes, garlic adds flavour to everything from soups to homemade sausages. One passionate Croatian cook says it's hard to imagine a single household in all Croatia without garlic.
