My mum made this for us when we were kids - easy one-pot meal with vegies. My 3 year old loves it!

Ingredients

500g minced chicken (add a couple rashers of bacon if desired)
1 tbls curry powder
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 packet chicken noodle soup
500ml chicken stock plus extra water if needed
Cauliflower florets (appox 1 cup)
Green beans (approx 250g)
Broccoli florets (approx 1 cup)
1 carrot grated
1/8 shredded cabbage
Pepper - no need to add salt due to soup mix

Preparation

I use an electric frying pan with lid for this recipe...

1. Fry onion and garlic, and add the curry powder.

2. Add mince, brown.

3. Add soup mix and stock.

4. Add cauliflower and cover until cooked.

5. Remove lid - Add broccoli and beans and cook for a few minutes.

6. Add carrot and cabbage until cooked. Too easy!

Can you?
Hi, Would you be able to use a slow cooker to make this recipe? I presume you buy the noodles separately. Any particular type recommended? Sorry if the ?'s seem silly. I am a novice cook but would love to learn more. Thanks for your response. Laurie.
