Ingredients
4 x 440 g cans 3-bean mix
4 spring onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1⁄2 bunch coriander, finely chopped
1⁄4 fresh red chilli, finely chopped
Preparation
The mainstay of any Georgian table, lobio is made from red or green kidney beans that grow wild, fl avoured with chilli and coriander.
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
