Bean, almond and feta salad recipe

Ingredients

500g beans, ends trimmed
100g flaked almonds, toasted
100g feta, crumbled
2 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
60ml olive oil

Preparation

Cook beans in boiling water for 2 minutes. Refresh under cold water immediately. Cut beans in half and place on a platter. Top with toasted almonds, feta and parsley. Whisk vinegar, salt and pepper together. Add oil and whisk well.

Drizzle dressing over salad.

I love Butter Beans!
Disappointed to see it was fresh beans not Butter Beans! (Although it would probably work)

Wrong image
Sorry, we had the wrong image on there. Butter beans are a yellow version of green beans, so prepared in a similar way.

another incorrect recipe
I agree Country Boy. Ridiculous! And they have the wrong photo to go with it. The photo matches the recipe for Simple Bean Salad - which again they have written "butter beans" but have asked to trim the ends. Two recipes and both wrong - get it right SBS!

doesn't make sense
Prep instructions does not make sense along with the ingredients. The method asks to cook the beans 2 mins in boiling water and refresh in cold water. - I think this is refering to green beans not butter beans, ever tried trimming ends off butter beans???, and they take a whole lot longer than 2 mins to cook.
