The Chairman & Yip has been one of the top dogs on the Canberra scene for some years now, retaining loyal followers thanks to its dedication to quality food and service. Recommended as one of the city's best Chinese restaurants, the menu is far from traditional, with classics given a new twist and even some European-influenced dishes (especially in the dessert section).
