Fidel's Bar takes a little bit of Mexico, combines it with a little bit of Italy and wham-o: instant Mexican pizzeria. The Mexican side of the menu is chock-full of light, fresh favourites; the focus here is not so much on meat- and dairy-heavy treats. Guests that really feel like getting into the spirit of it can sombrero-ise their attire, while sipping on a margarita or three, of course. There are also some delightful oddities on offer, such as chorizo fiesta fajita and cactus strip salads. The pizzas are not always run-of-the mill Italian classics either, with Mexican elements appearing on some, but a bit of tradition remains with paper-thin crispy pizza bases and meals served on rustic wooden boards.
