Churrasco (pronounced shoo-has-ko) is a style of barbecue where, instead of just chucking it on the hotplate, the meat is carefully roasted on long skewers over a pit of flaming coals. Here you pay $30 to receive all the meat you could possibly want, which is brought out to you by the staff and neatly sliced, sizzling hot, straight onto your plate. When you feel you've satisfied your carnivorous cravings, salads, roasted vegetables and barbequed haloumi cheese are also available.
