Though it doesn't sound Croatian, Steve's serves up many dishes that take inspiration from the cuisine of this burgeoning Baltic nation. The cevapcici, consisting of grilled lamb, pork and beef with onions, is a favourite among customers, as are the cabbage rolls (or 'sarma', as they're known in Croatia). A typical Baltic combination is found in the chicken breast served with a base of bacon and mushrooms, another dish with a hint of the Adriatic. There's also a promising list of Australian wines to choose from, and those wanting something closer to home on their plate as well can go for kangaroo fillet, served in a variety of styles.
