The Capoccia family have already made a name for themselves in Adelaide as the doyennes of Italian food. Having already run the more upmarket Amalfi and the smaller Nano cafe, with a healthy following at both, the family have recently opened Nano Ready 2 Go, a more casual cafe-style affair offering a healthy selection of Italian cuisine from slices of pizza to more substantial pasta dishes and mains.

Steaming fish - hot tip
When steaming fish, slice through flesh for even cooking. This allows the heat to penetrate the thicker parts of the fish, preventing the thinner parts (especially near the tail) from overcooking. If marinating the fish before cooking, this also allows the flesh to absorb the flavours.
Glossary
Bouillabaisse
A fish soup or stew made of several kinds of fish and shellfish cooked together in a tall pot with olive oil, flavour builders, water and sometimes white wine. Traditionally associated with the Provence region of France, especially Marseilles.
