Paying homage to the great Italian artist who is responsible for such renowned paintings as The Birth of Venus and Primavera, this Italian restaurant honours Sandro Botticelli by name, and by the Botticelli-inspired murals covering the walls. Centrally located in Brighton, this restaurant creates its own masterworks on a daily basis, in the form of a mouth-watering Mediterranean menu containing such delights as linguine prawns and broccoli, duck and porcini risotto, 350g chargrilled rib eye steak, and chargrilled rockling fillets in a lemon, wine and parsley sauce. The ever-changing specials board is also worth a peek - you never know what delicacy you may be in for.

Hot Tips
Which oil for which type of cooking
Olive oil has well reported health benefits, however it does burn easily and has a strong flavour that can adversely affect your cooking. Oils with a high flash point (that can withstand high temperatures) include canola, sunflower and peanut. Of these canola carries the least flavour.
Glossary
Unsaturated fat
A type of fat that is liquid at room temperature.
