This place is an institution in the dining scene in Northmead, always busy and always producing the same quality traditional Cantonese fare.
The menu covers all aspects of Chinese and Cantonese cuisine and is extensive enough to warrant bringing your reading glasses. Luckily, the staff are more than happy to talk you through the menu.
The Peking duck is a firm favourite among locals, while the oddly-named Billy's Chicken is another highlight on a very solid menu.

Hot Tips
Fresh vs dry pasta
Similarly to pasta shapes, the choice between fresh and dry pasta is more about matching flavours and textures than about which is superior. Fresh pasta is well suited to delicate sauces, but its primary purpose is to make tortellini, ravioli and lasagne sheets.
Glossary
Chilli Powder
A powder made from ground dried chillies which varies in heat and flavour depending on the type of chilli used.
