On April 23 2009, World News Australia ran a story on Israel's inquiry into its actions during its conflict with Hamas in Gaza in late 2008 and early 2009, including the line "One attack on a United Nations school drew international condemnation and allegations of war crimes."

This should have read: "Israeli shelling near a United Nations school drew international condemnation and allegations of war crimes, although original reports that the school was directly targeted were later shown to be incorrect."
