PNG's parliament will be recalled for an emergency sitting on Wednesday after the Supreme Court again ruled the appointment of Peter O'Neill as prime minister was illegal.

There's renewed political uncertainty in Papua New Guinea as the country's leadership crisis deepens.

PNG's parliament will be recalled for an emergency sitting tomorrow after the Supreme Court again ruled the appointment of Peter O'Neill as prime minister was illegal.

It's the second time since a parliamentary coup last year that the court has ordered that Sir Michael Somare be reinstated as PM.
