Torture victims who have been held in British immigration detention centres have launched a High Court challenge, claiming false imprisonment.

Torture victims who have been held in British immigration detention centres have launched a High Court challenge, claiming  false imprisonment.

Many say they have been held in breach of the government's own guidelines.

Every year almost 30,000 people are detained in British Immigration Removal Centres.

The majority are seeking asylum in the UK.

Many have fled civil war and persecution in their countries of origin, and some have experienced horrific torture.

However, a report by the charity Medical Justice says this rule is routinely flouted.

You would have to hear the quotes from UK's officals to believe them. Unbelievable Systemic Abuse. Urgent Need for the UK Government to show some commitment to International Humanitarian and State Laws. Shocking Story.
