At least 10 people have been killed and several wounded when two gunmen wearing gas masks and body armor opened fire at a crowded cinema premiere in the US city of Aurora, media reported.

Police arrested one of the alleged gunmen and were searching for the other, following chaotic scenes at a midnight showing of "The Dark Knight Rises," the latest Batman movie, KDVR, a local Fox affiliate, reported.
