Three charged over NT woman's abduction
Two men and a woman are due to face court on Monday over charges connected to the kidnapping of Monique Edmondson.
Three people in the Northern Territory allegedly involved in kidnapping a 25-year-old woman from a domestic violence shelter are set to face court on Monday.
Police on Sunday said two men and a woman had been charged in relation to Monique Edmondson's abduction, which occurred amid gunfire on Wednesday night.
A huge police manhunt began last week after two men broke into a women's refuge in suburban Darwin and, with at least one firing a gun, seized Ms Edmondson and took her away.
A man police accused of being the ringleader in the abduction, Ms Edmondson's ex-boyfriend Joshua Stephen Walsh, took his own life as police surrounded a unit where he was holed up on Friday.
Joan Bowen, who police allege pretended to be a domestic violence victim so as to surreptitiously feed information to Walsh about where Ms Edmondson was, will face four charges.
She has been charged with deprivation of liberty, aggravated unlawful entry, damage of property and aggravated assault.
An 18-year-old man arrested at the unit where Mr Walsh was found has been charged with aggravated unlawful entry, three counts of deprivation of liberty, four counts of aggravated assault and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
The third person charged, a 46-year-old man who was also found at the unit, is facing a single count of deprivation of liberty.
