More 350 women have been stabbed, strangled and beaten to death in Ciudad Juarez, south of El Paso, Texas, in a 12-year killing spree that triggered condemnation in Mexico and abroad.
Police found the latest victim dumped in a vacant building plot early Wednesday.
No cause of death was immediately given, although Chihuahua state prosecutors said the body showed signs of being beaten.
The string of murders in the city of 1.3 million was attributed to domestic violence, serial killers and rogue drug cartels.
Only a few of the crimes had been solved.
Last year President Vicente Fox created a special prosecutor's office to investigate the crimes.
Two prosecutors have since filled the post and resigned, while the killings in the city have continued.
