The group of at least 12 youths was hit Saturday night outside a house
in Cardross, near Red Cliffs.
It's alleged the driver abandoned his station wagon near the scene
and ran off.
Police say a man in his 30s was arrested in Red Cliffs.
Rural Ambulance spokesman John Mullen said at least seven teenagers were being treated for injuries.
Two were in a critical condition.
The condition of two others was serious.
