Kay Bennett and Oles Shcharytsya, from Gaza's American school, were abducted when 20 men shot their way into the school.
The foreign affairs department says the Australian embassy in Tel Aviv has arranged for officials of the Australian Representative Office in Ramallah to travel to Gaza.
