The six men from Sierra Leone made contact with the Northern Beaches Refugee Sanctuary - the group that had already given shelter to six other missing athletes from the Sierra Leone team.
The sanctuary's Chairman, David Addington met the latest group at Central station in Sydney and escorted them across the road to the Department of Immigration.
He says like their team mates yesterday, they will be seeking to stay in Australia.
