The Federal Government is taking legal action against a Canberra restaurant for allegedly underpaying its Filipino workers.
The Office of Workplace Services has begun proceedings over breaches of the WorkChoices laws, which could result in fines of up to $33,000.
The Department of Immigration is also pursuing four Canberra restaurants for violations of immigration law.
