Federal Labor's Foreign Affairs spokesman, Kevin Rudd, is calling on Alexander Downer and Mark Vaile to resign over the A-W-B affair.
After giving evidence to the Cole Inquiry in Sydney, Mr Rudd says both ministers have demonstrated they were neglectful of their duties.
He says they failed to heed warnings that AWB was paying bribes to Saddam Hussein's Iraqi regime.
But Mr Rudd say the government has restricted the inquiary's terms of reference and so all the blame will fall on the AWB.
