Queensland's Premier Peter Beattie doesn't believe the Prime Minister John Howard was not told the A-W-B was rorting the United Nation's oil-for-food program in Iraq.
And Mr Beattie says the same could be said of the Foreign Minister Alexander Downer and the Deputy Prime Minister Mark Vaile who've also appeared before the Cole inquiry.
Mr Howard has told the Inquiry he never saw a series of cables warning his government that the A-W-B was rorting the program.
Mr Beattie says the denials are not credible.
"I don't think you can expect a politician to remember everything but if you haven't got your department tuned to the major decisions that come across your desk or your staff, then frankly they're not doing their job. A major matter where you were part of an effort to obviously take on Saddam Hussein- you think you'd be told about it".
