The Australian embassy in Cairo says it has no reports of any Australian casualties from today's bombings at the Egyptian resort of Dahab.
But the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is urging Australians in Egypt to remain cautious.
Rescue officials say at least 23 people have been killed in the explosions and up to 150 are believed injured.
One eyewitness says it only took a moment to realise what was happening when the bomb went off especially when he saw people covered with blood.
