Opposition treasury spokesman Wayne Swan says that there's no need for a reshuffle or leadership change within
the Labor Party.
Recent polls suggest that voters would prefer Julia Gillard or Kevin Rudd as opposition leader.
Labor has also fallen behind the government in overall support.
But Mr Swan said there was no need for any change because Labor is in front about half of the time so Mr Beazley must be doing something right.
