A funeral has been held in the north Tasmanian town of Launceston for Larry Knight, the miner killed in the rockfall in the Beaconsfield gold mine on April 25.
Among the mourners attending were Brant Webb and Todd Russell, the two miners who were freed Tuesday after spending two weeks trapped almost a kilometre underground.
Mr Knight's family had held off the service in the hope that Mr Webb and Mr Russell could attend.
