The Finance Minister says the government is on track to sell its remaining shares in Telstra, later this year.
Nick Minchin says the cabinet has signed off on continuing with the sale process.
But Mr Minchin thinks, it is unclear whether the government will sell all or part of its shares.
‘We are on track to conduct a retail offer in October-November this year.
‘We are still aiming at that and I am confident we will have a retail offering, whether it's for all or part of our shares, we will just closely at that time, depending on demand and obviously the regulatory issues which are currently in play.’
