Archaeologists fear that the ancient warrior queen Boadicea has been buried under a Big Mac in central England.

They believe they have discovered Boadicea’s grave under a McDonald's restaurant in King's Norton, Birmingham.

Roman artefacts suggest that the site may have been the location for the famous battle between Boadicea's army and the Romans in 61AD.

The Romans were marching from Anglesey when they were met by Boadicea's army coming up from London.

With her troops facing defeat, Boadicea is believed to have killed herself on the edge of the battlefield by drinking poison rather than face being captured.
