Police allege 28-year-old, Jody Harris from Brisbane, befriended unsuspecting women, stole items such as their driver's licences.
Ms Harris is also alleged to have fooled bank staff into giving her access to victims’ accounts so she could allegedly spend their money.
Ms Harris is wanted by police in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland but has eluded detectives, sometimes by just hours, in raids over recent months.
