British celebrity chef Gary Rhodes's has created the ultimate love-hate dessert in collaboration with the makers of Marmite.

The dish combines the aphrodisiac properties of chocolate and ice cream with a dash of salty Marmite yeast extract, which is similar - only more salty - than Australia's own Vegemite.

The chef concocted two toppings for a coffee ice cream using squeezy Marmite - a chocolate Marmite sauce and Marmite syrup.

It is being served over the next few days at Rhodes Twenty Four restaurant in London as part of a Marmite menu.
