The fireman is seen on a video taken on a mobile phone squeezing into an industrial drying machine possibly at a Manchester fire station.
The video shows fellow fire officers cheering him on while clothes are packed inside to protect him from the metal sides.
After a bit of a tumble dry the fireman's seen climbing out of the machine complaining of feeling dizzy.
