A list of Australian aid agencies helping the Philippines cope with the devastation left by Tropical Storm Ketsana, and how to donate to them.

A number of Australian aid agencies are currently considering how much help they can give the Philippines to overcome the devastation caused by Tropical Storm Ketsana.

SBS Radiothon

SBS Radio's Filipino programme will be holding a radiothon to gather donations for the victims of Tropical Storm Ketsana, which has killed scores and left thousands homeless around Manila.

The radiothon will run on 97.7 FM between 11am and noon on Wednesday, and again on Thursday from 10am to 11am.

All proceeds will be donated to the Philippine National Red Cross and the National Disaster Coordinating Council of the Philippines.

How to donate

Donation can be deposited in the bank account of PCC NSW at Commonwealth Bank. Account detail are as follows:

Request the bank teller to indicate "TOP-HAA – YOUR NAME" for reference.
