The US election could be decided by suburban female voters, known as the 'Walmart moms'.

How they vote could determine whether President Barack Obama or Republican candidate Mitt Romney secure the White House.

Barack Obama has historically appealed to minorities and female voters, while challenger Mitt Romney currently has a lead among white males.
