A small container that conceals government warnings on cigarette packets is stirring up a storm with health representatives.

The cigarette packet covers are known as 'skins', and one design in particular has an Aboriginal flag on it.

The nation's top Health advocates are calling for the federal government to make it illegal to sell it.
