BORN here but not FROM here?

BiddyBee - from Bowral, 2 years ago

Born here but not from here? So this is how the immigrants feel about the country that nurtures them. One would assume that they have left their former habitats for some negative reason, and have chosen the country they now reside in for some positive reason. If they don't feel that the new country that has welcomed and nurtured them with welfare payments, free medical and education is their home, and feel some allegiance to it and its historical customs, then perhaps they should repatriate.
