A mysterious book found at the Broken Hill mosque had for decades been considered a Koran, brought to the desert town by Afghan cameleers. But a chance sighting of the text by a Sydney student has added a twist to the story of the town's already diverse population. Now the story is set to be told to a wider audience, via a forthcoming book deal.
