A landmark trial concerning a Stolen Generation case is underway in Western Australia. It's being heralded as a test case for potentially thousands of other Indigenous people whose families were broken up under the government laws and policies of the time. Don and Sylvia Collard are suing the State Government for the suffering they and their children endured during their separation , which include allegations of sexual abuse.
