Australia may be the lucky country, but there's one group whose concerns and frustrations aren't often heard in public.... children. Submissions are now open for the role of National Children's Commissioner... which was set up by the federal government earlier this year. It's hoped the new role will bring a voice to some of Australia's most vulnerable citizens.
