    Sylvia Nercessian's grandmother is Armenian and survived the trauma that many Armenians experienced after World War One. Sylvia says her family was one of the first Armenian families in Australia and that it was several decades after World War One that many were able to finally open up about they're trauma, having kept it hidden for a long time.
