It's one of society's most difficult and pervasive problems youth violence and gang crime. Teenagers from ethnic backgrounds are especially at risk of falling into a vicious downward spiral from truancy, to school expulsions, to something far, far worse. Today, there's been a plea for them to get the kind of support they need, to get them back on the right track.
