Do the media and public treat PM Gillard differently because she's a woman?

why should they
Why should either gillard or bligh be treated any differently than their male counterparts. . .just listen to them during parliament question time, and then question their sex. Amazing how both women are labour and will both exit their careers with the legacies, that one totally stuffed up the state of Qld, the other went one better and became the worst PM in the history of this country and leaving an insummountable debt to be paid off by generations of aussies to come.
Treat female PM differently
NO, she is treated differently because she is a liar and she assisted in the downfall of an elected PM bringing into disrepute the Office & Australia. We are now like those despot counties. In 2010, Gillard scraped over the line ONLY because of about 20 Greens & 3 Independant seats giving Labour a majority of ONE. The GG should never have agreed to her forming a Government That truly was 3rd world & a breach of trust and she sullied her job. But her son in law, now in the ministry, started it
Mrs
Julia has my support. Please allow us to see you, Julia. You are articulate, intelligent, forceful when needs be. Relax, lighten up and hang in there. You have a great team of good men and women who do things well for us. Many Australians, both men and women, cannot bear an intelligent woman hence the treatment of Julia by the media and others. Kevin has had his chance as PM.... did well on Sorry Day and yes, he has charisma and he can speak Mandarin but is he a leader? I think not!
correct treatment for her ability
They treat Gillard correctly for the indescribably dreadful way she has headed this pathetic government, no leadership, no credibility, no style (who can forget what she wore to the royal wedding how embarrasing) and how can you believe a word she says, with so many lies she has told. Yes I thinks she gets all she deserves with the title of Australias worst Prime Minister, and boy she had a few to beat, but she did. Kevin please report to the head office ASAP
Julia Gillard not worth to be a cleaner in Australian Parliament
Most Australians do not trust her but they trust Kevin Rudd as Our Prime Minister. Better ditch those liars and thief's who have stolen Privileges of a PM. What a low life person who is not leaving PM position obtained by Thuggery .
